Exchange

Purchased items are not eligible for refunds due to any issue. However, if it's fit you well or there is a defect with the product and a replacement is needed, please go to our store for item exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.
 
Please ensure that the product meets the following terms and conditions:
 
1.  All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receipt, and the item must be returned in new, undamaged, unused, and odor-free condition with the original LOUNGE PINK clothing tags attached. Any returns that do not comply with these policies will not be accepted.

2.  Please package the returned item properly as any damage due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

3. All exchanges are subject to product availability

Faulty goods
 
For returns due to product quality issues, please apply within 5 days of receiving the item. Providing an unedited and clear unboxing video that accurately shows the part of the item with the quality issue. If a product defect is confirmed, the company will refund the equivalent value of the item in Points to your member account for future use, rather than providing a monetary refund.

Colors
 
We strive to accurately display the colors of our products on LOUNGE PINK. However, due to differences in monitors, tablets and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your display will show the colors completely accurately.

Clearance Items
 
Products marked "final sale" in our clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Fees​

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns and exchanges. The company will refuse any cash-on-delivery delivery methods.

我們盡力準確展示LOUNGE PINK產品的顏色。然而，由於顯示器、平板電腦和移動設備之間的差異，我們無法保證您的顯示裝置能夠完全準確地顯示顏色。

 

減價商品

 

在我們的促銷活動中標記為“最終銷售”的產品不符合退貨或換貨條件。

 

運費
